Magic of the Moonlight (Full Moon Series #2) by Ellen Schreiber

Magic of the Moonlight by Ellen Schreiber gets a four out of five stars!!
"Beware of a bite under a full moon... It will complicate your love life."
Celeste is a normal girl. In the first book we learn that she lived on the "nicer" side of town and was friends with the most popular teens at her high school. Living in a small town  is not a good thing for the new and mysterious  Brandon. The book begins after Nash learns of Brandon being a Werewolf. This complicates Celeste life. Nash is constantly threatening to tell the school and all of their close friends about Brandon's secret. Celeste must pretend to date Nash and keep here relationship with Brandon a secret.  Celeste is trying to find ways to tell her friends about her feelings for Brandon but things always seem to stop her. Her friends are happy to see that she's dating Nash again which only makes things harder.
At school many pranks are being played on Brandon and Celeste is keen on finding out who it is and putting a stop to it all. The Full Moon ball is also coming up so and Celeste would love to go with Brandon but Nash has other plans for them. Brandon is desperate to find a cure to these full moon transformations, even if that means going to Dr. Meadows for help! Brandon will find help from his dad, which he's not excited to ask for. Celeste and Brandon love the idea of no longer having to worry about the werewolf but deep down inside they aren't ready to let it go. Many obstacles are faced by Celeste and Brandon. Things only seem to get worse the more they try to to make their relationship endure.

I really like how Ellen built on the characters in this book! She gives us more detail about how the character feels about Brandon and the way they face situations in this book. You learn so much more about Brandon and the story of his mom is contently build along with how a person exactly becomes a werewolf. We get more of an inside view on Celeste friends view of Brandon and why they have a hard time accepting him. Celeste "love triangle' is built up in this book as well. This is an exciting book and not a very long read!
